It is informed that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited (APIDC) cancelled the sale of properties ie., AC.0-31 Guntas and Ac. 0-14.37 Guntas in Sy.No.82, situated at HAFIZPET, Serilingampally, RR Distarict, Hyderabad, sold to Sri B.V.Mehar Kumar and others and another property of 432 Sq. yds., sold to Sri R.Vivek Kumar as per High Court orders in WP No. 13204 of 2005 and amounts paid by the auction purchasers are refunded.

General Public is hereby warned not to make any transaction in respect of said properties, as the same are mortgaged to APIDC Limited.
